Return Policy for Cleo Hair Co. products

We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, as unfortunate as it may sound.
The following policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your products for a refund.

Conditions for Return

We will only accept returns of unused, undamaged, and resalable products with all original tags and packaging attached. This means:

  • The products must not have been used.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The products must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange of any product based on the condition of the merchandise.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Products missing original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless otherwise noted).

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing jade@cleohairco.com.
  2. We will immediately provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Once we receive your products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
  4. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost within 7-10 business days.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We are glad to say that we accept exchanges as long as the products are unused, undamaged and not missing any components. 

Exchange Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing jade@cleohairco.com.
  2. We will immediately provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
  3. Once we receive your products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
  4. If your exchange is approved, we will ship it right back to you within 3-7 business days.
